Information and purposes
- Contact details and correspondence, to answer enquiries and take pre-contractual steps.
- Business relationship details, to provide and administer contracted services.
- Account, case and uploaded-document data, to operate authorised mobility workflows.
- Security and technical records, to authenticate users, prevent abuse and protect the service.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is necessary to perform a contract or requested pre-contractual steps, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or act on consent where required. Employers may also act as controllers for employee case data they submit.
Recipients and transfers
Data is available only to authorised customer users, Nomadixia personnel, contracted processors and fulfilment providers required for the selected service, and public authorities where legally required. Where European transfer rules apply, transfers outside the EEA use an adequacy mechanism or appropriate contractual safeguards and supplementary security measures.
Retention and security
We retain data for the active relationship and then for the periods reasonably required by contract, accounting, immigration, security and legal-claims obligations. Records are restricted when active use ends and deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Controls include role- and case-scoped access, private document storage and audit records.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. Contact privacy@nomadixia.com. You may complain to your competent authority; in Spain, the AEPD.
