Delete your account
You may request deletion of your Nomadixia account and the personal data directly associated with it.
How to submit a request
- Email privacy@nomadixia.com from the email address registered to your account.
- Use the subject line Account deletion request and state your full name and organisation.
- Nomadixia will verify your identity before acting. Do not send passports or other identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and explain the action taken. Where deletion applies, account access will be disabled and personal data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymised within the applicable legal period.
Mobility and legal files. Some information may need to be retained where required by immigration, tax, accounting, professional, contractual, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligations. Access to retained information will be restricted and it will be deleted when the relevant retention period expires.
For employer-sponsored cases, certain case records may also be controlled by the sponsoring organisation. We will identify this clearly in our response and coordinate the request where required.
